Hey, I’m Alex.
I’ve called many places home. I was born in Dallas, TX, studied in Boston, MA, then began my career as a software designer in San Francisco, CA. During college, I started submitting films to festivals and was honored with the Social Justice Award in 2014 and Best Editing at Northeastern University in 2016 through Campus Movie Fest.
The pandemic was a turning point. As I discovered and embraced my queerness, my life shifted in profound ways. Not only did I begin to see my body in a new way but I left my tech job, became a licensed massage therapist, and spent a year traveling the world—deepening my photography and filmmaking practice along the way.
My work now centers on bodies, intimacy, queerness, and the beauty of sex, often set against natural environments that inspire me. In 2023, I won Best Sex for my film Body Language at the HUMP! Film Festival, and in 2025, two of my erotic films were screened at the Berlin Porn Film Festival and the Erotic Film Festival Barcelona. Many of my films have also been chosen to screen at Amsterdam Porn Film Festival and Porn Film Festival Vienna.
I love hosting events and creating safe spaces where people can explore, discuss, and practice sexuality. I’ve led several intimacy workshops with an emphasis on femme and queer communities, and in 2025, I co-hosted a 200-person event celebrating erotic art, movement, and play.
In 2025, I was selected as an artist-in-residence at Guiniguada in the Canary Islands and at Mountains Residency in Australia. Creating in these spaces gave me room to grow into myself as a photographer.
Beginning January 2026, I’ll be offering photo and video sessions, massage sessions, and intimacy workshops. While I’ll be based in Oakland, CA, I’ll continue to travel and bring my work abroad.
